Review

Writing sales letters is a pain to many marketers. Not that they can’t write. The problem is just to find that mixture of templates, headlines, salutations, openings, body copy, bullet lists, closes etc. that will bring the maximum amount of orders.

Some time ago Yanik Silver, well known author of “Instant Internet Profits” and “How To Make Instant Sales And Immediate Profits Using Cheap Fax Advertising”, wrote and published a complete package called “Instant Sales Letters”. The promise in Yanik’s sales letter for this package is that, by using it, you’ll be able to create your own sales letters for almost any imaginable offer.

I openly admit that I was somewhat sceptical at first. After all, several other such packages have already been published, but they just contained some out of date and more or less useless stuff that couldn’t be used in my particular situation. So my question was: “How does Yanik’s new package, “Instant Sales Letters” fare?”

Surprisingly well, in my estimation. Actually I like this package so much that I’ll definitely consult it whenever I’m writing sales letters in the future.

You know, maybe you’re sitting there writing hundreds of openings to your letter, but still feeling that you haven’t found the winner.

What do you do?

One good answer is to consult this package where Yanik Silver has given you a lot of examples of openings that have been highly successful in real life. Openings that has proven their worth in real life. Now you can take these openings (or what ever you’re looking for in your sales letter) from “Instant Sales Letters” and add them to your own sales letter. And if you adjust Yanik’s templates a bit, probably no one will ever notice that you’ve used his examples and templates.

The beauty of “Instant Sales Letters” is not so much the number of sales letter ingredients and templates you’ll find here. No, in my opinion it’s the QUALITY of the content in Yanik’s package that makes this into such a valuable and useful resource.

When I went through this information, it soon became evident that Yanik really is a master copy writer. His sales letters have what it takes to move your customers to place an order. At least, that’s my opinion of Yanik’s letters.

With this package, Yanik has also included several very valuable bonuses.

First of all you get "Surefire Sales Letter Secrets", which is Yanik’s guide to Direct Mail profits. In this manual, Yanik shares how to succeed in Direct Mail by creating a hot offer, writing hot sales copy, choosing the right list of prospects, delivering your mail piece, testing it, maximising your profits etc. All in all, you get a comprehensive and complete introduction to Direct Mail profits through this fine fifty page manual by Yanik Silver.

As a bonus section to "Surefire Sales Letter Secrets", Yanik has added a very good, though short, five page chapter on how to use endorsements and Joint Ventures to multiple your profits many times over.

Secondly you get a lot of "Fill-in-the-blank Email Templates". You may chose to use them as they are, or not. But you should definitely be able to benefit from them and at least use parts of them in your e-mail correspondence. They’ll save you a lot of time.

The third bonus is Yanik’s "Ultimate Sales Letter Tool Box" which a huge collection of openings, bullets, selling words, phrases, copy-connectors, guarantees, closes and P.S.s. I found this bonus to be extremely valuable when writing your sales letter.

Even though "Ultimate Sales Letter Tool Box" is a really helpful tool for writing sales letters, I have two small criticisms, or maybe you could call it suggestions for improvements.

My first criticism is that Yanik hasn’t made it possible for the read to mark and copy the text, which would have made it much easier to use when you’re creating your own sales letter. But this doesn’t change the fact that this is a very valuable tool, which is worth the cost of the complete package. It would just have made it easier for you to use it, if this function had been made available.

Secondly, I miss some headline examples in "Ultimate Sales Letter Tool Box". Yanik does shortly cover the subject of headlines. But it would it would have been helpful if you got some template headlines that you could use for your sales letters, just like the other letter ingredients in this book.

Again, don’t take this to be a serious criticism in any way. The "Ultimate Sales Letter Tool Box" is a highly useful book in my opinion. I just think that it could be improved on these two points.

Yanik has also included two very helpful worksheets as bonuses to his “Instant Sales Letters”. These can be very helpful when you’re calculating the effectiveness of your sales campaigns.

As a final bonus to “Instant Sales Letters”, I also got Yanik’s reprint of an old, almost forgotten book, called “How To Write Letters That Win”. I’d already bought this helpful book through master copywriter Carl Galletti several years ago, but for a much higher price. Don’t take this to mean that I’m complaining, but now that Yanik Silver is offering it as a free bonus, he has created very, very valuable package which is worth much, much more than the $39.97 it costs at the time of this writing.

Summary

This package is a steal!

And considering that Yanik only charges $39.97 (good at the time of this writing) I would strongly recommend you to invest in this package if you want to write order-pulling sales letters. Even if you don’t want to use the templates, as they are, you’ll get inspired when you read them. Besides, Yanik has enclosed some fantastic bonuses along with this package. Yanik could easily have charged $39.97 for each of these bonuses.

Believe me, this package is really worth it’s price. Go and get it now! You won’t regret it.
