Review
In
“Digital Newsletter Publishing” master Internet marketer,
Terry Dean, shows you how to start up and run your own members
only web site (also called a "membership site",
“secret site” or “private site”).
Actually,
“Digital Newsletter Publishing” is written as a companion
to Monique Harris’ manual, “Paperless Newsletters”.
What
Terry Dean has done is that he has written “Digital
Newsletter Publishing” to supplement to Monique’s
“Paperless Newsletters”. Whereas Terry primarily covers
how to start up and run your own members only web site,
Monique covers how to start up and run your own electronic
newsletter. Together these two manuals complement each other
nicely and gives you a really good overview over the process
of creating and selling these two forms of digital
information.
So
when you buy Monique Harris’ “Paperless Newsletters” (through
Terry Dean), you’ll also get Terry’s “Digital Newsletter
Publishing” enclosed in the same package.
Besides,
you’ll also get, as a bonus, Ken Silver’s excellent e-book,
“E-book Secrets”, plus two reports, “8 More Ways to
Profit From Your Electronic Newsletter” and “Promotional
Profit and POWER Strategies For Online Newsletter
Publishers”, both by Monique Harris.
“Digital
Newsletter Publishing” is a detailed guide, leaving no
important question about building secret sites unanswered.
It’s
evident that Terry really knows what he’s talking about here.
And he generously shares his own personal experience with his
readers.
For
instance, Terry tells how he himself made a very costly
mistake, when he built his first secret site. So costly was
this mistake, that he estimates that it has ultimately cost
him about one million dollars. Of course Terry also shows how
to avoid this common mistake.
Terry
shows you which software to use, how to password protect your
members only site, how to take credit cards, how to use
recurring billing on your site, how to market your new site
etc. etc.
In
short, Terry covers all the most important issues when it
comes to starting up and running a members only web site.
As
always, I’m also here really impressed that Terry
consecutively delivers such high-quality information. His
information is complete and very detailed. But at the same
time Terry’s advice and guidance is very easy to understand
and follow.
Finally,
Terry always seems to be updated with the latest advancements
in Internet marketing. And this certainly goes for this manual
too.
For
instance, it may come as a surprise to many marketers that
some of the most popular marketing methods, according to Terry
Dean isn’t as effective any longer as they used to be. Just
to take an example, e-zine advertising is a very effective way
of getting new customers and more visitors to your web site,
right? Probably not, says Terry Dean. At least not the way
it’s usually done. But Terry also shows a very good
alternative that presently works fine.
Instead
of many of the most beloved ways of marketing, Terry offers
his readers 10 less known but highly effective tools and
resources for promoting your web site.
I
think this part alone, is worth all the money of Terry’s
manual.
Summary
This
new manual by Terry Dean is a highly useful guide to starting
up and running your own members only web site. In fact, it’s
one of the best manuals I’ve ever read on how to earn money
on selling electronic information.
If
you’re even remotely considering to start up your own
members only web site, you can’t afford not to have this
book. It has my strongest recommendations!
