Shaw, please be so kind and tell us a little bit about
yourself and how you started your company
I live in York in the UK, with my wife and two year old
daughter, another baby on the way soon! I started my company
firstly as a part-time venture (it was really an experiment to
test out all the hype about making a living on the internet)
less than a year ago - this was a site called HomeBizzOnline
at http://www.homebizzonline.com
and it's still up and running, though no longer the main focus
of my operation. This led in a short period of time to doing
some programming work, and other related services, for
webmasters in the US. This led to the setting up of my site
PopUpMaster at http://www.popupmaster.com
which targets a niche area and has done very well so far. My
site http://takanomi.com was
set up as the main focus of my development services operation,
and reflects the name of my company, takanomi.com and my
newsletter Takanomi. It took about six months after the set up
of HomeBizzOnline before I was able to make my work on the
internet a full time operation.

Presently I sell the Instant Viral Marketing Program and

sell development and programming services to webmasters.

which assists people in setting up their own home-based
business. It's fairly neglected at the moment though, as I
need to concentrate on the other areas of my business.
What is your unique way of doing business?
Providing high-quality products and services to my customers.
I treat all my customers with the utmost respect that they
deserve, as this builds a solid base for my business and has
enabled it to grow rapidly. All my products and services come
with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and I like to go the extra
mile to ensure that they are indeed 100% satisfied. This
strategy ensures a steady flow of repeat business and builds
up a good reputation. Most of my customers are those who have
the business and marketing experience, but lack the technical
knowledge to put their hopes and dreams into operation on the
internet - I aim to fill this gap.

your business and small businesses in general?
To expand my range of products and services, specifically
those aimed towards webmasters who have the business knowledge
but lack the technical know-how to put their hopes and dreams
into operation.
