Overall assessment 

"Behind Closed Doors" is not just another typical course on Internet Marketing. Rather, it's a course on how to optimize some of the most important aspects of your business: Servicing your customers, lowering your costs etc.

In my opinion Stephen Pierce and his wife, Alicia, have done all online entrepreneurs a great service by sharing how they've automated their business. These changes have also enables them to become much less stressed and more focused on the more creative and profitable aspects of their business.

As I said, this is not the typical marketing or business book, but it's a very important course, in my opinion. And I recommend it heartily.
