The ONLY Two Ways To Super Wealth
And How YOU Can Join The Wealthy Elite!!

by Michael Ross, author, direct marketer and consultant

"Actions speak louder than words. But without thought and focus, those actions are like a meandering river"

In this tip I'll be revealing what I think are the ONLY two ways to super wealth. And let me tell you... I've given this a lot of thought. And so far the two methods you are about to read are the only two I've discovered.

But before I get onto that, I'd like to thank those of you who actually gave me feedback on the last tip/project.

And what did that feedback tell me? It told me you enjoyed the psychological insight and, preferred checklist type projects instead of tips.

So, in keeping with what I started last tip, all future tips will contain a mix of psychology and checklist type projects. And all future tips will also fit one of these two super wealth methods.

Anyway, enough of this babble. Lets move onto this tip/project... "The ONLY Two Ways To Super Wealth And How YOU Can Join The Wealthy Elite!!"

Super Wealth Secret #1: ADVERTISING!

Owning the thing that business owners and others want to advertise on/in.

The reason is that you are selling space! Pure profit!

The owner of a publication should have all his costs recouped by sales of the publication. That leaves the advertising revenue as pure profit!!!

And when you own the space you are really putting the ball in your court.

But you don't have to have a publication to be able to sell advertising space.

A well known and respected marketer named Don Alm has sold advertising space on video tape covers in video stores, placemats, around daily/weekly faxes, directories/maps, and some other ways/places.

And all it took to get started was ACTION on his part.

The thing with selling advertising space is you must be able to keep YOUR cost down real low.

Examples of low cost advertising space:

  • A 'one sheet of paper' fax. One sheet, faxed out (by your computer) to 200 hundred people/businesses, with 10-14 ads around the outside. At say $50 an ad you make $700.00. Not a real lot, but nothing to be sneezed at either, considering you are faxing one sheet of paper once a day. And you are not doing a lot of work for the money you make. And that's $700.00 per 200 you send. What if you set up two or three or even four groups of 200. Lets see, 4 groups of 200, at $700.00 gross per group is, $2,800. Not too shabby for a weekly income from home.
  • A one sheet ad flyer. One sheet of paper, with useful info to the home owner, which is surrounded by 10-14 ads. You'd have these printed up and distributed for you. At $50 an ad per 5000 distributed you'd get $1,400 gross for a 10,000 distribution run. And once again you could set up a few runs in different towns/suburbs.
  • A one sheet ad flyer framed. One sheet of just ads, framed and placed in areas where people are forced to look at them - such as the back of toilet doors, next to the mirror in a hair salon, and so on. Charging the same $50 per ad and having 14 ads per framed sheet, you again make $700.00 per frame. Have three frames in each hair salon in town and you'll get $2,100 a week.

These are just some of the possibilities. And with the examples above you would be required to go and get the business. This may be your biggest hurdle. But you'll never know unless you try.

Also with the examples above, you would get these advertisers in on a contract for say 6 months (or whatever monthly schedule you choose). Using the last example as a 'contract example.' You'd get $2,100 a week for 6 months (26 weeks), which works out to be $54,000. And that's not too bad at all. Specially when this is how much you could make based on the little bit of work you did at the start - setting it up. It'd be like earning $54,000 for a couple of days work, then having six months off - until it came time to renew the advertising.

So what would be the most profitable advertising space to sell?

I'd say the most profitable advertising item/space is one which people buy - as well as advertise in. And the publications that match this are the 'trader' magazines.

Just think about it for a second... here you have a magazine which ONLY contains ads. And people buy it. You make money on both ends with this type of publication!!

Okay, sure a 'trader' magazine would take a lot to get started. But you could always start out small - modifying the methods/examples I gave above. And gradually expand it.

But like I said, the biggest hurdle is getting people to buy your space. So if you don't like talking to people on the phone, in person, or through a sales letter, then you'd best be moving on to the other way to get super wealthy. And that other way is...

Super Wealth Secret #2: DISTRIBUTION!

Where you are the source of a product!

And possibly the most well known example of this is Bill Gates. And if you do not know who he is, I'm not going to tell you.

Here is a man that made something once, duplicated it, and sold it over and over to other people. And, he has other businesses doing the selling for him. He just supplies the product.

So what could you distribute?

I can't answer that for you, specifically. But I can give you examples of the types of things that others distribute.

Examples of items you could distribute:

  • Software. The beauty is that once you have a piece of software it is extremely cheap to duplicate. A couple of floppy disks (or a CD ROM) may cost you a dollar. Yet you could sell the disk or CD ROM for many hundreds, or even thousands of dollars. You have near pure profit. E.g. I recently bought Visual Basic Pro 6. The retail price of this product where I live is roughly $1000. That's $1000 for a couple of CD ROMs - the CDs may have an actual cost of $1 each. So that's $2 cost and $998 profit. Now, according to the Microsoft web site, 3 million copies of this program have been sold. Even if Microsoft gets one quarter of the money, they make $750,000,000 - that's 3 million multiplied by $250.
  • Knowledge/Skill. And that includes Books, Audios, Videos, Seminars, Workshops, Advice, and so on. You write, record, or shoot, your product once. Then sell duplicates of it. Sure the cost is a little higher than that of software, but you still make a nice profit. E.g. You shoot a video and sell it for $59. Your actual cost may be $3 or $4. That leaves $55 profit. You make over 10 times what the product costs you. If you write a book you may have similar cost to profit ratios - and this is how all the well known authors make such nice money (write something once and sell it over and over again). And of course selling advice has no inherent visible cost. But by putting that advice into a hard form (book, audio, video) you can duplicate it more easily. Once duplicated you distribute it!
These are just two examples. I could go on and on about all the many different examples of 'distribution.' But there is no point. All you need to know is that it works.

And, that whatever way you may come up with to make money, or whatever way you think some other businessman has used to make stacks of money, there is one thing you can be sure of... if you/they are a member of the super wealthy you/they have done it through one of the two methods (or even a combination of the two methods) I've written about here - NO EXCEPTIONS!

In fact I am so sure about this I challenge all of you to prove me wrong. Prove to me that there are other ways for a businessman to become super wealthy - besides winning the lotto or inhereting etc. In fact you could also say that advertising guys distribute advertising space. Which would then mean there is only one way to super wealth.

Let me give you an example of how you can adapt these to make extra income...

In one of my past businesses I used to spend all day in offices with my back to the people (don't ask). I didn't realise it then, but I could have sold the space on my back. I could have been a walking advertisment for someone. No point advertising myself, they already knew who I was and what I did.

The thing with advertising is... any space, wherever it is, is a possible place to have an ad!!!

I've even seen a boxer with the words "this space for rent" written on the back of his boxing trunks. Now that would get high visibility. All you see of a boxer is his back as he moves around the ring.

Try this, it works!

May the success you achieve be a direct result of the effort you put in!!
