What does Clickbank Manager do? Clickbank Manager has several
important functions. All of them relate to the famous third-part payment
service, Clickbank.com. As you probably know, Clickbank.com is used
by many authors and publishers of downloadable, digital products, such as
ebooks, software products and web scripts (written in Perl, PHP etc.).
Clickbank.com is a really fine service and it has an excellent reputation.
One of it's most useful features is it's affiliate system which makes it
really easy for you to offer other people to promote your products on an
affiliate basis. However, there is a problem with Clickbank: It's
affiliate system isn't as good as it could be. Several important features
are lacking. This has given room for dozens of web scripts that offer those
missing features. And one of those scripts is Kaviraj Kodai's,
ClickBank Manager. Is Clickbank Manager easy to install?
The installation manual is clear, easy-to-follow and right to the point.
The installation process is also simple and easy. It's evident that Kaviraj
Kodai is a professional programmer who understands how to write scripts that
are user-friendly. Unless you're a very experienced webscript installer,
you'll really appreciate this.
Is Clickbank Manager easy to use
I've tested many scripts during my online 'carreer'. Some of them were
terrible and very difficult to use. Others were good enough. And a few were
just excellent.
In my opinion this script belongs to the last category.
It's very easy to use. Kaviraj Kodai has given it a good user interface that
gives you a good overview of the different functions you get.
Besides, it's very commendable that Clickbank Manager is regularly updated.
As you may know, Clickbank.com changes from time to time, and if you're
stuck with an affiliate management script that's outdated - instead of
updated - and your affiliate business rely on this script to manage your
affiliate business, then you're on thin ice.
I've followed Clickbank Manager for some time now, and I've noticed that
Kaviraj Kodai is very fast at updating the script whenever Clickbank changes
it's setup.
Finally, Clickbank Manager is now powered by MySQL which makes it even
faster and more reliable. Most web hosts offer you to use MySQL, and despite
the strange name, it's easy to use together with Clickbank Manager.
Overall assessment
My conclusion is that Clickbank Manager is
a really fine script. In fact, so far - together with
Adrian Ling's famous script - this is the best Clickbank
affiliate management script I've seen.
Clicbank Manager is easy to install and easy to use.
As I've said above, one very commendable thing is that the
coder and the owner of the script, Kaviraj Kodai, regularly
updates the script when Clickbank.com changes it's setup.
What I consider the main strength of this script is that
it's coder, Kaviraj Kodai, has a good understanding of both
marketing and programming. He's tried to combine
these two talents in this script, and I really like the
result.
